So yummy! We were out looking for someplace to fika on Midsommar's Eve. We ended up in Haga/Linné and went into Råda to check it out. DH is vegan/GF and we were really happy to find 4 vegan/GF options for him to choose from. He went for the lemon-mint sorbet and the rhubarb sorbet. I decided to do classic and picked coffee and chocolate (non-vegan) Both of us were super satisfied! I tasted DH's sorbet and the lemon-mint was a flavor bomb. Amazing. The rhubarb was more subtle compared to the lemon, but still really delicious. My coffee and chocolate as exactly what I wanted them to be. Rich, flavorful and perfect for a summer day!

Gothenburg's best artisan ice cream. The menu is experimental and is constantly updated with flavours like yoghurt, cardamom & rhubarb (combined), with some standards like burnt butter and chocolate sorbet with a hint of orange. You can taste the love with which it is made.
